Summary
Adjustable step-up (boost) converter module — the opposite of the LM2596. Takes a lower DC input voltage and boosts it to a higher regulated output, commonly used to get 9V/12V from a single battery. Output voltage is set with the onboard potentiometer. Some modules only expose the 4 power pins (IN+/IN-/OUT+/OUT-); SW and FB are internal on those and not physically accessible.
